Sweety Bag Inc. is your one-stop online candy shop, offering fresh Pick 'n' Mix candy, themed candy bags, Halal-friendly selections, Vegetarian-friendly selections, and sweet treats for every occasion.

Do you have a physical store?

No. We are an online, delivery-only business. Orders are placed through our website and delivered directly to your door.

Where are you located?

We operate in Ontario, Canada, and proudly serve customers with fresh, carefully packed candy.

Ordering

How do Pick 'n' Mix bags work?

Simply choose your preferred bag size and fill it with your favorite candies from our available selection. We'll freshly pack your order just for you.

What bag sizes do you offer?

Our Pick 'n' Mix bags are available in a variety of weight options, we also offer candy gram sized bags - perfect for birthday parties, company events and more! 

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order is required unless otherwise stated during promotions.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before packing begins. Once your order has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

Are your candies fresh?

Absolutely! We pack every order fresh to help ensure the best quality and taste.

Do you offer Halal-friendly candy?

Yes! We offer a selection of Halal-friendly candy. Look for the Halal-friendly icon while shopping.

Do you offer Vegetarian-friendly candy?

Yes! We carry a variety of Vegetarian-friendly candy. Look for the Vegetarian-friendly icon on eligible products.

Can I mix Halal-friendly and regular candy?

Yes, but if you choose both, your bag will contain a mixture of your selected candies. If you require only Halal-friendly candy, please shop from our Halal-friendly collection.

Can I mix Vegetarian-friendly and regular candy?

Yes. If you require only Vegetarian-friendly candy, please select products from our Vegetarian-friendly collection.

Are your candies peanut-free?

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely peanut-free. Some products may be manufactured or packaged in facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, sesame, or other allergens.

Do your candies contain gelatin?

Some candies contain beef and/or pork gelatin, while others are gelatin-free or made with beef gelatin only. Product details will indicate the appropriate dietary option where applicable.

Do you provide nutrition information?

Yes. Nutrition information and ingredient details are available on our packaging and, where possible, on candy description page, under our menu.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within our service areas across Canada. Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and order volume. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, and are estimates only. Individual arrival times are depending on the carrier. 

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your delivery method, you'll receive updates once your order has been dispatched.

Storage

How should I store my candy?

Store candy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid excessive heat to maintain freshness.

How long will my candy stay fresh?

For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your candy within a few months of receiving it, although many products have a much longer shelf life. It is recommended that you keep your bags sealed to prolong shelf life. 

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer candy for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or corporate events?

Yes! We offer candy for parties, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, holidays, and other special occasions.

Can I place a large or bulk order?

Absolutely! Please contact us for bulk pricing and custom orders.
