Section 3 - Pick 'n' Mix Products

Our Pick 'n' Mix products are custom assembled according to each customer's individual candy selections.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before completing their purchase.

Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once processing has begun.

Section 4 - Allergies & Dietary Information

While we make every effort to provide accurate ingredient and dietary information, many confectionery products are manufactured or packaged in facilities that process common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, gluten, eggs, and sesame.

Although we take great care when handling our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing available product information before placing an order. If you have questions regarding ingredients or allergens, please contact us before making your purchase.

Section 5 - Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and food safety reasons, edible products cannot be returned once they have been processed, shipped, or delivered, except where required by applicable law or as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

At Sweety Bag Inc., we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality confectionery products.

Due to normal manufacturing processes and seasonal production, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, flavour, packaging, and candy assortment may occur. These natural variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.

All content available on this website, including our logos, branding, product names, images, graphics, text, product descriptions, and website design, is the exclusive property of Sweety Bag Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without our prior written permission.
